You need someone who knows the Zephyrhills area, its subdivisions and what each has to offer. That agent can then create a search for you that will notifiy you whenever homes come on the market that meet your needs. This is especially true for our 55+ customers who are looking for that "just right" retirement home or winter retreat. They have many options here and I am familiar with all of the different parks and subdivisions. That is important. If you are not quite ready to retire, I can also work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential personal criteria you have for your ideal home. Sell a Home
If you are selling your home, you should know that I am one of the most adept and internet savy agents in the area. Not only do I use the sites that automatically pull listings from the mulitiple listing service, but I also own and or control many sites that other agents do not use. I make sure that these sites have plenty of pictures and rich details about your home so that buyers are tempted to come and take a look. And beyond that, I also create videos of all of my properties that I list, even if it is a little mobile home. Buyers tell us that they LOVE to see videos of homes, yet only 14% of agents will take the time to create them for there sellers. In our area, there are probably even fewer agents that do it. But they does help homes sell! All of this internet work helps assure that the web search engines will help buyers find your home on my sites when they are web-surfing. It is not unusual for me to get calls from New York, Michigan or even Canada asking for information about homes for sale. That is the beauty of having a high level of internet presence. Not all agents do.

Often buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can help make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast. Part of my job is advising you on what is cost-effective, and what is not. Sometimes, just minor things can earn you hundreds or thousands of dollars. Or at the very least, help you to sell your home more quickly than others nearby.
